Yes. Send a message to support@botyantra.ai with your request. You can also include a short recording of the new features in your business application.

We can add test coverage for your new feature as soon as it is available on an environment with a URL that we can access..

After we complete your request, we will let you know and test the new feature in the next test cycle.

How long will it take for my test to run?

BotYantra platform provides infrastructure to run your tests in parallel. This means you can get test results in minutes instead of hours.

While BotYantra can run tests in parallel, some customer applications may not handle too much concurrent traffic. We may limit the number of tests we run in parallel to avoid overloading your test environment.

How does it report test results?

Test results are reported on our custom dashboard. We will alert you when testing is complete. You review the results and take appropriate action.

We provide reports with date-time stamps, screenshots and logs. You get actionable signals so you can decide the next steps. You can also download results and screenshots for audit and compliance purposes.

If needed, our team of application experts may recommend actions required to address the errors that caused the test to fail.

How do you provide support?

Think of BotYantra as an extension of your internal team. We use multiple channels such as instant messaging and emails to respond to messages in minutes.

Can it integrate with an issue tracker service?
